چکیده

This article discusses the comparison of dominant factors in behaviour nusantara tourists purchasing plane tickets to island Bali Island, before and during Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. The study is viewed from secondary data with taken two studies that have been conducted related behavioural buying for domestic Bali. findings this explain factor airline psychological factors, namely (1) family (2) self-desire (3) security (4) on timeliness, (5) image airline, (6) travel experience factor, (7) knowledge (8) friendliness services, (9) availability additional facilities, (10) boarding service (11) baggage drop-off speed factor. Meanwhile, are influence closest people (other than family); social strata factor; family; loyalty airline; status family's trust role factors; feeling proud used implies tends change due increase prestige/social gained by because not everyone can economic recession. It hoped companies will be able optimize better prospective passengers who class (prestige) levels.
